Alimony receipt format

Hello Experts,

I will paying the mutually decided Alimony to my spouse on the day of the Judgement. Can any one share a sample format of the letter or receipt for the Alimony that I shall be paying. This letter should serve as a purpose of Acknowldgement that she has received the discussed Alimony.
