Hi
i got divorced from my husband in 2013 , ending our 14 years marriage and i am muslim ( just mentioning in case any seprate law )
we have one daughter who is staying with him
i did not ask any alimony that time
now i am re-married last year
can i ask alimony from my husband ? cause he made me suffer 14 years

its impossible, before 2nd marriage you have rights but once remarried you could not claim from first husband. where are you from?

1. Muslim personal laws only provide for payment of the 'meher' amount agreed to at the time of 'nikha' and maiteanace during the 'idadat' period only and no alimony can be claimed legally. I do understand your grivieance.
