My Father Passed away almost 3 yrs back, after that my mom, got my brothers name on 7/12 for the land. now my sister wants to sell some part of it for buying a new home. but we dont have our names on 7/12 so is there a way to get our name added without our brother knowing it. as he might not agree to this, please let me know what all documentation needs to be done for this, also if my mother agreess then can she redo this again .
