my father bought agricultural land in 2006 in Madhya pradesh but in 2013 we came to know through fard and nakal of khasra numbers that this land is having loan in two branches of SBi near about principle amount 20lakhs we are shocked to hear we approached bank and tehsil office to enquire but they said your numbers are in loan and on enquiry we have received one paper from tehsil that this loan was taken in 2004 about 2 years back when we purchase the land
we approached the dealer who deals with this land and some land belongs to him and he himself taken the loan and.we don't know how they registered the land in my father name
He said he had already returned the loan with interest but bank is not giving no dues certificate to us and the dealer don't want to go to bank for clarification
we approached every govt officer their like tehsildaar ,SDM,Suptt of police Also filed complaint on CM helpline number but nothing happened all are corrupted administration also corrupted the dealer is rich fellow and we are from other state and have no political background in Madhya pradesh
they are not listening to us.
now what to do we are losing our hope day by day because it's still 12 years gone and nothing happened
Before purchase of a property, the buyers shall enquire about the seller and whether the property is genuine or not. the buyers shall verify the old documents with the document in which the property is selling and EC and other so many factors. However you shall complain through RTI to the Tahsildar, RDO, SDO and District Collector marking copy to the SP of the District. In the meanwhile consult a very able and well knowledged Advocate who have knowledge in the civil cases specially in property matters to file case regarding your property.
