Can it be converted later for other than Agricultural use ? If yes, Procedure please.

A pvt.Ltd.company can buy agricultural land and there is no ceiling on the area. And the company may submit application for conversion land into non-agricultural to the Revenue Authority not the below the Rank of RDO by paying necessary fee. After receipt of order from the Rev.Authorities, submit another application to the concerned i.e. vuda/mc/gp as the case may be for forming layout.
