In dec. 2007 my parents gave the land to SBI bank on lease and the agreement was renewed on march 2008 but the renewel made was not properly kept in knowledge of my parents as they (Bank authorisation) included one new point in the agreement that whenever it will be necessary for bank the atm would be made by the landlord , but i strongly believe that my parents didn't knew that and now my father is in hospital due to illness and he is not well since 10 months and now bank has sent me a notice to make setup for atm installation in 15 days from now.
Please help me asap , and suggest me what can i do now???
