Dear All,
During Feb 2011 i purchased a residential plot of 1,800 Sq ft. from developer. In this scheme there are around 250 plots in size of 1,000 to 2,000 Sq ft. In April 2011 government stopped offering 7/12 document to those who purchased lad below 11,000 Sq ft. As my plot size ids below the lower cut off i can not get 7/12 document.
Now, i have below questions in my my for which your comments are appreciated.
1. Can the developer sell same plot to some other person as still 7/12 document is on his name and not mine?
2. What precautions i can take to avoid the same?
