Dear Sir,
I have booked an under construction flat in mumbai.....the property is on the 9th floor....i would like to know when can i execute the agreement for sale at the earliest ??....the builder has obtained the CC till plinth level.....can i go ahead with the sale agreement and register the property or should i have to wait till the builder obtains the CC till the 9th floor....
I would request you to please guide me in this matter......
