Agreement between two parties from two different country

If a company from UK enters in to a simple agreement with an Indian proprietory concern , what are the minimum requirements/ features to be complied with to make this agreement leagaly enforcable ?

look if you want to enforce the contract in india, you have to follow indian contract act guidelines. but if you want to enforce it in uk, you have to follow english contract act guideline.

 

it depends on where you want to enforce the contract.

Terms depend upon the contract act of the country (India or UK) where the performance of agreement has to be implemented.
