Dear Mr Nagendran
As per section 27 of the Indian Contract Act 1872, Every agreement by which any one is restrained from exercising a lawful profession , trade or business of any kind is void up to that extant . Further Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practice Act prohibits any agreement which is imposing Monopoly. But in case the design is furnished by you and that pattern is registered one under copyright act, you may impose restrictions.
