one of my client applied loan from icici bank against his property.
it's a institute situated at gram Panchayat in Barabanki. he has provided approved map from agnishaman Adhikari.
my question is that can agnishaman Adhikari can approve construction map or not. if not then who can approve construction map in Gram Panchayat.
