After rectification deed?

Hi,

My client purchased a land 4 years ago, later on the last month we found out that the CITY SURVEY NUMBER is different than the CTS mentioned in document.

As we have purchased this land from a illiterate farmer who was in need of money at that time. In the past history the original land owner was the owner of total 17 Acre of land from (KOTKARI INAAM) which was divided in to two of his boys

The land we wanted to purchase and they wanted to sale is the same but they were not aware of actual survey number mentioned on map! according to distribution of land. My client also blindly purchased the land on the ground of 7/12.

On visiting BHUMIABHILEKH/LAND RECORDS/TOWN PLANNING we saw that 7/12 was also done wrongfully.

WHAT WE WANT IS--- WE WANT 7/12 OF OWN PROPERTY WITH HELP OF RECTIFICATION DEED. PLEASE NOTE ORIGINAL 7/12 WAS ALSO DONE WRONGFULLY THE OFFICER'S ALSO WASN'T SO CAREFUL!!!

OUR ORIGINAL CTS WAS "540/2/A" and ON MAP IT SHOWS IN "540/1" WHICH IS ON UPPER SIDE BUT AS MENTIONED BY DEED THE "CHATUHSIMA" (THE FOUR INDICATIONS) ARE SAME. AND ALSO CANCEL THE NAME ON 7/12 OF 540/2/A.

But we don't know where to go after doing RECTIFICATION DEED! If someone knows please help.
