Hello All,
Complaint under 498a and other IPCs have been filed against me and my family at ladies police station. No FIR yet. We have attended couple of sessions with them however it seems there wouldnt be any settlement happen at police station.
My query is what would happen after police report (attached to complaint like log of meetings date attendees etc) says reconciliation attempt failed.
