After filled false dowry case

I want to only know that my wife has been filled dowry case 498A and 323 etc in the year 2016, but till date trail has not been started , last 15 days before some people from wife"s home came to our home and said do compromise, we have told them let my wife should withdrawn her false case first and then we are ready to accept her , now they have refused our this condition, now main question is can my wife enter the home forcefully whereas this home is named of my senior citizen mother. also i am living other home which i have rent agreement and also have Bank passbook of this rent home.but i daily come to my mother father home because my mother is heart patient and also my 14 year son living with my father and mother home only for school study purpose. so i come daily to my mother home only to take care my mother and my son. so can my wife enter forcefully to my mother named property home please advice
