We the engineers(class-I officer) of wbpdcl, a state govt enterperise have formed a seperate association and registered under society act. Do we need affiliation from management of wbpdcl. Please clarify.

In my opinion affilation is not necessary.

We have informed the top management of wbpdcl about our new association (WBPDCLEWF) a report also published in a bengali news paper.But management did not call us in any meeting or committee.They are acting with other association which are not registered under any act. What should we do now. Please advise.
