Affidavit of service: rcr

Hi all,

My RCR is going on.

I have next date in December. Four notices has been sent through post which were undelivered. Judge asked me to submit affidavit. I have online postal service record.

Please clarify as myself posting the notices.

Also suggest submission of certified copy of 125 on that day as party is fully aware of RCR notice.

What were the remarks mentioned for non delivery of the notices?

It was four times undlievered , judge asked for affidavit on next date. I collected track reports & got affidavit of notice.

submit the affidavit and also plea for personal notice to the respondent

You can file steps for serving notice by substitute service under order 5 rule 20 CPC either for private notice or for serving notice through newspaper publication. You can consult your advocate on all such further issues.
