As I am well verse with Advocate Act, 1961 as it does not permit any person who is enrolled as Advocate to go into any other business or profession. Here I have a query regarding the same.
Suppose a person is enrolled as Advocate, thereafter he gets married and forms his HUF (i.e. Hindu Undivided Family) he himself is Karta of the said HUF and runs a business. So here in this case does the restriction for Advocate not to enter any business or profession applies, please guide.
