Dear all,

If possible please provide me details of those advocates who are established either in Gurgaon or in Delhi Court. I have just given my LLB final year exam and looking for someone who could assist me to pursue my career in Law.

REGARDING THE PRACTICE AS AN ADVOCATE KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.AFTER YOU GET YOUR RESULTS YOU HAVE TO TAKE REGISTERED AT THE BAR COUNCIL OF YOUR STATE / DELHI . YOU HAVE TO FILL UP THE FORM AND ENCLOSE COPIES OF YOUR LL.B. DEGREE CERTIFICATE  WITH  REGISTRATION  FEES AND THEN YOU WILL BE ALLOTED MEMBERS IDENTITY CARD AND THEN YOU CAN PRACTICE AS AN ADVOCATE .

2. YOU MAY PRACTICE OF YOUR OWN  INDEPENDENTLY OR YOU MAY PRACTICE AND LEARN WITH SOME LAWYER KNOWN TO YOUR FAMILY.

3. KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU NEED TO LEARN  PROCEDURE OF COURT FIRST. THE CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE IS APPLICABLE FOR CIVIL COURTS MATTERS AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE IS APPLICABLE TO CRIMINAL COURT CASES.

4. I SUGGEST , IN CASE YOU REALLY WANT TO SUCCEED AS AN INDEPENDENT LAWYER THEN START PRACTICING AT THE LOCAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS COURT AND LOWER COURTS FIRST.. KINDLY NOTE THAT ALL CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES ARE INITIALLY FILED AT DIST AND SESSIONS COURT AND COURTS OF CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE AND COURTS OF CIVIL JUDGES FIRST CLASS.

5 APPEALS AND REVISIONS ARE FILED AT DIST AND SESSIONS COURT FROM THE JUDGEMENTS AND DECREES PASSED BY LOWER COURTS.

6.APPEALS FROM JUDGEMENTS IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES  ARE FILED AT HIGH COURT  HAVING JURISDICTION IN THE AREA.

7 APPEALS FROM HIGH COURT JUDGEMENTS IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL MATTERS ARE FINALLY FILED AT SUPREME COURT OF INDIA , DELHI.

8 KINDLY NOTE THAT AT  ALL APPELLATE COURT INCLUDING HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT , THE MATTERS ALREADY DECIDED BY LOWER COURTS ARE  ARGUED.YOU CAN NOT LEARN HOW ANY PARTICULAR DOCUMENT WAS PREPARED AND PERSON FILING THE SAME.

9 BUT AT CIVIL COURTS YOU WILL COME TO KNOW ABOUT FILING OF CIVIL SUITS AND PROCEDURE  OF WRITTEN STATEMENTS OF RESPONDENTS, WITNESSES  DOCUMENTS OF BOTH SIDES ARGUMENTS AND JUDGEMENTS

10 . AND IN CRIMINAL COURTS AFTER FILING FIRST INFORMATION REPORT AND COMPLAINT AT POLICE STATION HOW ACCUSED ARE ARRESTED, RELEASED ON BAIL AND CHARGESHEET FILED AND FRAMING OF CHARGE AND TRIAL OF CASE BY SUMMONING WITNESSES THEIR EXAM IN CHIEF AND CROSS EXAM AND THEN STATEMENT OF ACCUSED DEFENCE WITNESSES , ARGUMENTS OF ADVOCATE OF STATE AND ADVOCATE OF ACCUSED AND FINALLY THE JUDGEMENT. CONVICTION OR ACQUITAL OF ACCUSED.

11. HENCE I SINCERELY SUGGEST YOU THAT  KINDLY LEARN THE PROCEDURE OF LOWER COURTS AND DISTRICT AND SESSIONS COURTS FIRST. YOU CAN LEARN AND EARN WHILE PRACTICING THERE.

12. AS FAR AS PROCEDURE AT HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT IS CONCERNED ,YOU CAN LEARN YOURSELF ONCE YOU ARE CONFIDENT BY PRACTICING AT DIST AND SESSIONS COURT KINDLY NOTE.

13. I SINCERELY ADVISE YOU TO LEARN PROCEDURE OF COURT BY STAYING AT YOUR PARENTS HOUSE AND GOING TO LOCAL COURTS AND HELP YOURSELF OR LEARN FROM SOME FAMILY FRIEND OF YOUR PARENTS. IT IS SAFE AND ALSO YOU CAN BECOME INDEPENDENT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

14. .KINDLY REMEMBER IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE CONFIDENT AND BE A TIGER IN YOUR PROFESSION  BY LEARNING YOURSELF INSTEAD OF BECOMING A  DOMESTIC ANIMAL  .

15.   ALWAYS BE CONFIDENT  AND YOU WILL BE A SUCCESSFUL LAWYER ..WISH YOU

GOOD LUCK. I HAVE HELPED SEVERAL FRESH LAW GRADUATES , BOTH BOYS AND

GIRLS TO START AND SETTLE IN PRACTICE AS AN ADVOCATE.

KINDLY WRITE AND SEND DETAILS IN CASE YOU  OR ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANY

FURTHER HELP.I WILL DEFINETELY GUIDE AND HELP YOU PLEASE NOTE.

WITH BEST REGARDS TO YOU ,YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

THANKING YOU

YOURS SINCERELY
