we are working as law officers in a company and are full time salaried .... I have surrendered my sanad as i am working full time.... but my colleague who is also a lawyer has never surrendered it .... when asked he says nobody bothers to check it and bar council will never come to know about it .... even our company did not ensure to check whether we have surrendered sanad before hiring us .... it is very unfair to me .... what should i do??? should i inform bar council about it????? if yes, how should i inform ... is a regular affidavit required from me ... will i have to stand as a complainant in the case as in cases of diciplinary cases ??
