Advise urgently needed

our property dispute case was now on judgement stage.in A sub court.,but the judge was adjourned his judgement from last 2 months by said as due to stenographer not available from 2 months for giving judgement ..was it rue ? due to seviourity of our sistuation can we go to high court and get an interim order to enjoy those disputed properties ?? pl advise me anybody .urgently needed advise

I think I replied to this query some where.

Judge can keep Judgement reserve you can not pressure him. 
Neither force him else he may change mind and catastrophic judgement you will get.

2 months is ordinary time (In simple words two dates logically , and Dist. Court 1 date) . This is situation in Maharashtra
