Advise on filing case in court


Sir, I have given complaint to SP against in-laws for Money extortion and threatens and Blackmailing and DSP forwarded to SHO for Investigation. Later  I filed RTI for status of the complainat. I have received the Negative reply saying all allegations false. I want to file case in court . Please advsie Is it possible to file case in Court without transferring case to POLICE  for investigation  If so under which section we can file case in court. please advsie.Thanks for urt time

Hi,

The offences you have mentioned are certainly serious in nature.

If you think that the police are not taking cognizence of your case or refusing to file the case, then you can directly file your case in the court. 

Consult a good lawyer, collect all the evdiences you have and go ahead. Don't forget to mention about the application you have submitted at the police station.
