Please advise what should I do in following exigency :-
1. Falsely implicated in an FIR U/S 420,506
2. Applied for stay/quashing of the said FIR in High Court. The HC refused to quash FIR but ordered for applying regular bail in the lower court.
3. ACJM has asked for Case Diary by first taking in custody and then releasing.
4. What remedy I can have whether ACJM will reject the bail. Is there any certainty that session may grant bail or not.
