Advice to stop police interrogations

One of my relative is involved in criminal activities, due to which police officials are harassing me and my family with unnecessary interrogations which is affecting my family reputation and career.

Kindly give me a way out of this as i am not even in touch with this relative of mine.

Any advice will help a lot! Thanks

Dear sir,

In order to stop investigation by a police officer due to malfide, the writ under Article 226(mandamus) must be moved and magistrate does not have any power to stop the investigation and call for inquiry u/s 159 CrPC.
