Hi All, am staying in Banglore.My wife and her brother left home taking money and jewelly of mine and property agreements , Educational certificates. I want to file Robbery case. We tried with elders but didnt happened. It has happend in Jun 2013. am planning to file Robbery case and False dowry cases Please advise what steps we have to follow to file case on them.
