Our neighbour, an old man and his son without proper title illegally occupied a portion of our land and instituted a Title suit before Court only to spend time. But during pendency of the same both of them died and the suit was abetted as a whole. The son was issueless. Though their other family members tried to substitute a distant relative but failed.
Now what can be done on our part to recover my land expeditiously and take possession. I am from Kolkata.
