Adverticement of hospitals

Healthcare is not a business, instead it is a social responsibility. But some people are converting it into business by issuing ads claiming assured treatments.

As per the Medical Council of India, advertisements by doctors can be allowed only at the time of opening of a new clinic or hospital or when a new facility or service is introduced.
