Section 10(iv) of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act,1956 says that a person shall be adopted if he or she has not completed the age of 15 years unless there is a custom and usage governing the person to be adopted to get adopted after the completion of 15 years.

What is the maximum age limit of Father & Mother of adoptee & adopter of child?
What is the maximum age limit of single person(male) in case of adoptee?
Is it necessary that the child is married in case of adoption?
If parents are there then is it necessary to take in concern or take a sign of mother who is alived at the time of adoption in case of adopted?
