Hello All ,
Wife has filed divorce case . My girl will now turn 3 years in feb and she is in custody of her mother .
I am paying child support monthly. I want school admission for my girl to be taken near my
office and wife wants admission to be taken near her house so that i cant interfere in her local area.
I want to take admission near my office b/c myself and wife working in same premises in different companies and can help girl if some problem happens in school .
I want to ask :
1. Is it worth fighting on school admission area issue ?
2. How to fight ? any order / jugement / citations
