Agreement for sale of a flat at Vile Parle East was exuecuted in June, 1982 beween the builder and the purchaser of a flat. the agreement was executed on as Stamp Paper of Rs.5. Now to sell this flat, the buyer wants Adjudication of stamp duty, to be done. Wanted to know Adjudication takes how many days, whats stamp duty payable. Please explain procedure for adjudication.
