Wanted to know can a land in mumbai termed as adivasi land if -
1) originally in name a person for example person 'X' who is a non tribal after her death it is given to the tribal / adivasi lady for example person 'Y' who was taking care of her. this is not a land transferred by ancestor or famliy member.
2) The land is fully occupied by tenents and chawl is built by the current owner person 'Y' herself and the nearby area are completely developed and no agriculture activity is there.
