Adhesive stamps are like labels which are usually pasted on the instruments. Adhesive stamps can be further categorised into two categories: postal and non-postal stamps. Postal stamps are stamps and a non-postal stamp can be a court fee, revenue stamp, notarial stamp, special adhesive stamp, franking etc.

These are all actually Government fees or duty, Apart for filing RTI please consider the Indian Postal Order. It is furthermore convenient and time savy or else please search there is any online payment option or not?

Please write in my mail box for any further assistance.
