This is to provide that Adel Landmarks Ltd (Formerly Era Landmarks Ltd) has allotted flats in the year 2011 in the group housing project Cosmocity Sector-103 Phase-2. On 29.07.2014, they have issued letters to all allottees in Phase - 2 saying that to get the re-allotment done other existing and licensed projects.
They are giving two options to the allottees:
1) To get the amount refund (which is worst option as the company is not having any funds with them right now as their PDCs for the month of June'14 has been bounced)
2) To get allotment in other existing and licensed projects
This company has done fraud by taking the allotment in the flats on the land which they have already sold to other builder (most probably Ansals).
Please help in filing case against such builder Adel Landmarks Ltd (Formerly Era Landmarks Ltd). Almost all the allottees would like to go ahead with this case.There are approximately 400 allottees in this project Phase-2.
