Address proof to register a pvt ltd company with indian customs

HI, if someone has register a Pvt Ltd company and during the registration with Customs, does he require to provide the Registered Rent Agreement being owner of the property where the company has registered and being the Directer & majority shareholder of the company.

If director is not owner of premises then he need to provide rent agreement for his address proof.
