Hello sir i am vikram, my mother A has 4 sister B C D E and 1 brother F ,her father had purchased 5 acers of agri land in 1970 after death of her father , her mothers G and all six children name were entered in the record but her brother as he was a circle officer caancelled every bodys name from the record and added his familys name there ,out of 5 sisters 3 had willfully left their rights but my mother and one sister did not ,but still their names had been removed from record.
Also before the death of G (mothers mother) she had registered a will stating her share in favoure of my mother,but the rest are not accepting it.
how can we get the name restored in the records and with the added share as per will in favour of my mother.
