meanwhile I have realised that i forgot some crucial documents
and once again I filed documents petition u/s order 7 rule 14(3).
this new documents petition allowed on 19.10.2019  and teh docket on 19.10.2019

I have already filed my chief affdavit on 12th March 2019 , is there anything called

no if u have already submitte the documents then that will come in question at the time of examination in cheif  and cross exmination ; As per the court order you need to submit the additional examiniation in cheif  afidavit about the additional documents u  have submitted;you have got a very good chance to prove your additional documents and as already bought on record
