I urgently need a solution.
I am a single female and there is a single name in all my documents. Now i want to add sirname (parental family name) in my 10th Haryana Board Certificate.
Would it be change in name/ Correction in name?
Please give me detailed procedure.

Apply name correction in the Gazette department in your State.
