Well and expecting the same from you. Myself Sitharthan. In 2013 my wife had bought a flat (Registered in her name) using Axis bank house building loan(Mortgage done ).Still she is paying E.M.I .
Now she is interested to include my name in the registration Document(joint). Is it possible now?will the bank allow? If so Could you please explain the procedure? If my name is also included ,am i bound to share the E.M.I?. Kindly Help/reply sir.
