Hi All,
Our builder (Noida) is planning to add entirely new tower that was not part of the plan when project was launched in 2010. Now when everything is almost ready , he is planning to add a new tower in place of guest house/business center shown in plan that was given to us.
My questions are :
1) Is this legal ?
2) Do all these builders abide by UP appartment act 2010 ?
3) Can we file a case and obtain stay on this ?
