My wife's home in Mumbai is being considered for re-development by a builder. Currently, the society shares of the home contains only the name of her mother. To avoid conflict, the mother wants to add the names of my wife and her 2 sisters as equal owners of the flat so that after redevelopment a 25% share would go each sister and to the mother. Can new members be added to the share certificate now? What is the simplest way this can be accomplished?
