What civil suit to file when someone has forged a doc with my forged signature. Under which section of CPC etc. ?
I got to know that by filing criminal case only I may not get releif for my property sold on such forged doc, as it is penal only. Is it true??
If in case he files specific relief suit against me based on such documents then does he get relief against my filing criminal or civil cases against him after such suits filed by him???
Please experts advise and oblige

You need to file civil suit also to get the order for cancellation of the said document which has forged signatures of yours. This, would help you as the property cannot be sold to third party or create further encumbrance.
