Hello Guys I want some of the suggestions from you about the above content. One of my friend has served the notice period of 1 month succesfully in a Private firm. but at the time of relivieng the HR is not giving the relving letter to him stating that he has to serve a notice of 2 months because company wants him to continue till year end.Can you suggest what legal actions my friends can take on the company as in his offer letter it is only mentioned to give 30 days noticr period.
