Hello,
Recently I won a case in District Consumer Forum and opposite party was supposed pay me the compensation amount of around Rs 27000.00 within 45 days from the date of judgement. The judgement was made on 30th June and 45 days already passed and I did not receive any compensation amount. So what is the next step I need to take? Do I need to send opposite party one notice or do I need to approach District Consumer forum or any other action. I did not get notice even from State commission in case he is making any appeal in state commission.
