Action against tenant fake/forged address provided to court

if you have the order, then why you want to file fir against tenant, i guess it is out of revenge, i guess.

Shri - It's not revenge. I am taking steps to get justice and people who did not respect LAW and Honourable court. Tenant was not yet paid my rent arrears and unable to trace him because he gave all forged/fake address. How do I trace him and all court preceding letter's were return to Honourable Court.

sir as you said the matter is in court, so on this open format it is unwise to comment. 

you can write or get required advise form legal cell in court.

i guess that is the best way i can suggest.
