Sir,
In connection with me a case is registered u/s 323,324,341,394,506,420 IPC is registered at a local police
station. A accused applied for ant. bail in session court but the bail is cancelled. But the culprit is very very
powerfull and political person and the victim party is very poor family. During the investigation section 394 is added
on the opinion of ADA. The case was registered before 2 month but till date no accused is arrested. Because the
culprit is settelled with police's gazzetted officers and creating false evidence in the favour of accused.
please give the advice for victims and me.
