Account opening in SBI

Dear Member, SBI local branch is sending people to CSP nearby to open account instead of opening in their bank branch.If someone prefers banks service instead of CSP,where only basic ac can be opened and operated through them ,then how can the branch refuse it?What to do in such circumstances?
