Accident happened in factory.

I am running a manufacturing unit, which i have registered from DIC(part 1 only completed). Accident was happened due worker neglegency and lost his 75% of left hand. -Admmitted in hospital. -FIR filled. - 307 IPC case resolved in court as lokadulth. -paid 1lakh FD in his name. -Treatment expenses for around 1 lakh. -Applied for insurance. -Given employment for the same person in factory. Now the problem is deputy cheif form factory is filling case on us , how handle it.
