when parents are divorsed, then who can sign on behalf of the minor son of the parents in case where the father wants to transfer his house property in favour of his minor son vide a registered deed of gift? the son is in custody of his mother. Then will the father sign or the mother sign as accepter of the gift in favour of the minor son?
