Abusive languages used by reocery agent at work place

Dear All,

1st of all i m not taken any credit card loan or peersonal loan from any bank..

If recovery agents of bank harrased woman and her staff and used very cheap language then what action should be taken on them? on which section i can use?or under which section i can file a case?

its a question of woman modesty and her honur please help

i do not know what is your locus standi, in this case, if you are representing some one else and seeking advice on their behalf, then in that case you do the following:

file criminal cases under section 506,354,354D, and you can civil suit for Interim injunction against the bank, for not to disturb the peace possession.
