Abusive language

The lawyer on phone with his client used the abusive language (hindi me gali) against the senior of the client. The call was recorded by the client and shared the same to his senior.

Can senior lodge a complaint before bar council of maharashtra & goa?

Can he send mail to lawyer for written apoligy for the same?

Any other legal remedies available to him?

For the first two questions my answer is yes.

For the third ( and also the last ) question.

He can inform the police or file a Complaint in the Court.

The next best thing is ignore and forget, as these are very common in that profession. Almost every professional think high of himself and belittle the other directly and indirectly.
