I want some legal remedy friends please healp.
I am presently working at West Bengal Judicial Academy, which is a State Govt. organisation under the supervision of High Court of Calcutta. I am working here from 2010. I am appointed here by the Director of West Bengal Judicial Academy for a post which is created for Judicial Academy. Now West Bengal Judicial Academy is going to be autonomous body. I don't want go into an autonomous body as I am a regular Govt. employee. So, can I say that I am no willing to go into an autonomous body, therefore, I may be placed any other department/office of Govt. If they do not agree to give me the oppertunity as stated, can I chalenge their decision in court and are the chances of my win. Please tell me the law or rule it this matter.
